Friends in the Industry -
Let me ask you a question -
At any point in your life, have you experienced any level of physical discomfort caused by your profession?
I sure have. I remember countless times while still operating as a professional driver, having constant pain in my hip and knee. When I transitioned into an office role, I started to experience more pain in my neck which caused intense headaches.
In today’s episode, I am excited to have a conversation with Dr. Barry, my chiropractor, on the different physical challenges professionals experience and how his passion and profession help countless professionals just like myself feel better and ultimately live a better life.
One thing I must say I admire most about Dr. Barry is his ability to hear about the pain I am experiencing, and help resolve the issue through treatment but also by encouraging lifestyle habits.
I believe today’s episode is a great listen for those interested in learning about Dr. Barry’s really interesting journey as a chiropractor, to the different discomforts professionals in the transportation industry experience, and guidance on how to resolve these discomforts.
